Lotus Innovations LLC was started in Feburary of 2022 by Vladimir Koshevoy and Olena Yaremchuk.

Vlad worked in IT industry in the United States for 14 years. Being involved in a variety of projects in Information Technology, ranging from network and telecom to code writing and website building.

Olena started Legal Consulting Group Yaremchuk and Partners as a founding member in 2003 in Ukraine and manages it to this day providing legal advice in copyright law and accounting. Her area of expertise includes copyright law, finance, marketing, management, film promotion and production.
